About Us

I'm Hugo, a property investor and developer with a passion for creating high-end homes and co-living spaces.

I started my property journey in 2019 with the purchase of my first investment—a two-bedroom apartment in Norfolk. Fast forward five years, and our projects have generated nearly £1 million in profit.

We’ve been involved in a range of developments, including single new builds, flat conversions, heavy refurbishments and we’re now expanding into the co-living sector.

To ensure our projects run smoothly and on schedule, we operate a separate construction company with an in-house build team. We believe that time in the deal is just as important as the deal itself.

From 2024 onwards, our focus is on scaling our co-living portfolio, offering a mix of student and professional lets. By 2025, my goal is to transition into property full-time, continuing to grow and refine our developments.
