We work with a small group of valued private investors and offer ongoing communication and updates, getting to know our investors on a more personal level when required. Whilst most of our investors prefer a passive income, we are very happy to spend time with those who choose to be more involved and interested in the development and process.
We offer investors the opportunity to earn a fixed return from property without the hassle or hard work. Private investor finance can be used to fund cash acquisitions or to finance the refurbishment of our developments.
Typically, there are two exit strategies: Buy, Renovate / Build, and Refinance, where investors’ funds are returned upon refinancing, or Buy, Renovate / Build and Sell, where funds are returned upon the sale of the project. This means investment terms are usually around 12 months. However, we also partner with investors interested in developing a longer-term relationship over several years.

What returns do you offer on my investments?
Higher than savings accounts? Yes. Higher than a typical yield on owning a property? Yes.
We offer between 10-12% annual returns on your investment based on the level of investment. Terms are typically agreed for a minium of 1 year.
What security is there around my investments?
Security on offer will vary depending on the project itself and level of investment. The terms are drawn up into a legally binding loan agreement and personal guarantees can be offered.
First charge security can be provided if projects are purchased in cash with no institutional finance.
What investment options are there?
Most of the investors we work are happy with a fixed retuen via loan agreement and hands off approach, however, we offer another approach where individuals are interested in getting into property investment themselves. That's why we offer two core investment options.
