How it works
Source & Finance
We find most of our properties online, through agents, or by going directly to property owners. Our investments are funded through a blend of our own capital, contributions from individual investors, and private finance. This funding approach enables us to act swiftly and capitalise on opportunities as they arise.
Renovation Works
We specialise in properties that need a bit of TLC. Large-scale refurbishments are normally our thing—we dive in, transform these spaces, and significantly boost their value. Our goal is to turn projects around within 12-18 weeks, planning permitting. Thanks to our in-house build team, we control every aspect of the renovation, ensuring top-notch quality and on-schedule completion.
Exit / Refinance
After transforming a property, we either sell it for a profit or refinance it to retain as part of our growing portfolio. This strategy allows us to reinvest in new projects, continuously expanding our operations and building long-term value both for our company and our investors. Each exit or refinance is carefully planned to maximize returns and sustain our investment cycle.
